...A dynamic and versatile internationalt management consultant, industrial psychologist, executive coach, and professor. At present, she oversees her own operations at the Moguel Management Consultancy and LSM International Management Consultants, Inc. servicing local and multi-national establishments in the country and aborad such as Mainland China, Thaliland, Hong Kong, Singapore and Brunei. She is also an active professor of the Central and Human Resources Clusters at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business and the Ateneo School of Medicine and Public Health. Lulu sits as the Director for Vocational Services at the Rotary Club of Manila Bay, where she was recpgmozed as their Rotarian of the Year for 2004. She chairs the First Zonta Academy Zonta International, District 17 . She also serves different organizations such as the All Nations Women's Club, Marketing Executives of the Pharma and Medical Industries, and Association of Pharmaceutical Trainers.
She graduated from Maryknoll College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies, Masters in Arts in Industrial Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University. She finished her second post-graduate degree, Masters in Business Administration under the Ateneo-Regis Program as a gold medalist. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Industrial Psychology.
